Understand that we all have fear built into us, and that we’re all vulnerable. But when we begin using compassion towards others in the face of fear, we begin turning our full attention away from us and onto the outside world. So take this day to do 2 things for two different people. You may feel like this starts to bring momentum onto your side, and you may get back in touch with your true self that has been hidden for so long due to fear and anxiety.
