The truth is, as an anxiety sufferer you are living purely on instincts. Your senses detect danger, you become confused and scared as your symptoms of anxiety heighten, and the cycle of fear – panic escalates. It is at this time during the first wave of thoughts of ‘what if’ that you MUST take a stand, and understand that whether you like it or not, your body will react to the anxious thoughts you continue to provide it.

It’s funny, one person sarcastically said to me ‘Dennis, this is too simple to be a solution.’ The truth is, if you do the ‘simple’ things well continuously, you will bring yourself out of the cycle of fear – panic, and begin taking control of the direction you want your life to go!

  1. Unless you get anxiety from your subconscious. Conscious thoughts can be wrestled with. The subconscious is much more difficult.
