    For me, it was my work. I need to get away from the work I was doing in order to feel less stressed. Even though I loved my job, it was too much for my mental state. Doing what I do now is just as good in my mind and I feel much better at the end of the day.

    For me, I think it comes down to the way of thinking that I use. I just think about things way too much. That is the worst thing and I know it, but I have not been able to break myself of that.

    • The problem is not the problem, your overthinking of the problem is what’s creating the bigger problem within you.
