    I also think Candida or any digestive issues only exacerbate anxiety. I think that is what is behind the long episodes of high anxiety I experience.
    How did you get rid of your Candida?

    • Hi Sue. I went on a pretty strict diet combined with recommended supplements that eventually eliminated the toxins in my body. With those toxins out of my system by body and mind were able to brings itself back to a balanced state.

  2. I hadn’t heard of candida till recently. I wouldn’t have thought that it can be a cause of anxiety though. I have a friend that has had anxiety problems for the past few years, and she can’t seem to find a good treatment for it. I wonder if this could be her problem?

    • I as well as other I know have decreased and actually eliminated the symptoms of anxiety all together, simply by following a set program to overcome Candida. It most definitely could make a huge difference Nash.

    I am currently doing the same thing, what supplements did you take and what diet did you follow?

    Do you still follow a diet and take supplements? Or is it a one off treatment followed by healthy living to maintain the positive changes that you made?

    • A few targeted herbs and a mainly vegan based diet David. Currently I’m still very strict with the diet and focus on antioxidants through tea. Supplement wise today B complex, Omegas, and Magnesium is what I rely on. I had a few visits and had multiple tests done, food allergies tests taking a few hours.

    I struggle with major depression and anxiety. The anxiety is extreme in the early AM. It was recently discovered that I have an issue with Candida. I’m currently taking Olive Leaf to help break down the bloom. I’m hoping that I’m starting on the right track.
