As a former sufferer of different anxiety disorder labels only we can understand the true pain and suffering a person goes through when dealing with anxiety. We’re not only discussing pro athletes here but day to day life for anyone.

To be able to find a sense of emotional normalcy, mental relief, physiological peace is what we strive for but are challenged to make the pieces fit one another.
