I had everything checked, my brain was healthy, but it was foggy.

    This podcast is impactful. It’s helpful and insightful. I’m amazed and suddenly optimistic because I’ve battled anxiety for years and actually didn’t know it. I understood when it was real bad. But I’ve had a battle with this my whole life. I’m successful yet Anxiety has prevented me from having a much better life and made thins much worse during some challenging times. I’m now listening every day. I’ve subscribed and signed up. I’m doing work and just so grateful.
