“If These 4 Programs Are A Part Of Your Core Beliefs, Your Positive Progress Won’t Be Maintained For Long.”
Do you know about Anxiety and Depression how you can tell what you believe your true identity really is? Within the first 20 minutes of waking up go to the bathroom, and honestly tell yourself what you see. As the subconscious you transitions into more of a conscious you after waking up, you’re as honest as you’ll ever be with yourself.
These 4 programs installed in your subconscious mind could very well be causing your anxiety and depression
I mean that from the bottom of my heart. You become whatever is installed in your subconscious mind. As I share with you these 4 limiting programs, I urge you to relate them to what you may be going through now. The emotionally traumatic events, or the repetitive nature of the messages you were told while you were young have everything to do with these programs.
This is why you see so many people go back and forth between anxiety healing, and catastrophic/irrational thinking. There can’t be any long term progress if the 95% of you, your subconscious mind is programmed for self limitation. It’s a tug of war battle that doesn’t last too long because everything you try and hope for gets sabotaged, and every time something good comes your way you believe you’re going to ruin it anyway, so why enjoy it.
