4 Crucial Lessons I Learned During My Anxiety Recovery

My anxiety recovery certainly wasn’t a linear path. There were ups as well as many downs and in today’s podcast episode I want to share with you some of the most crucial lessons I acquired during the journey. Enjoy!

What a journey it’s been for me. Many people think that just by healing anxiety they’ll be able to heal who they are and revert back to a more open minded and less worryful person. It’s not always the case really, which is why healing the whole of us (mind, body and spirit) is so crucial.

My anxiety recovery led to my true purpose and it will do the same for you.

This is because you simply start acquiring insight after insight, epiphany after epiphany. As you put all of these moments together you start forming new beliefs while simultaneously caring less about things that don’t really matter. Oh, how much focus and energy was spent around ideas of the catastrophic type. I don’t regret those days one bit. However, I would like to share my anxiety recovery lessons with you so that you won’t be surprised when these happen to you.

  • Digestive problems and emotional distress can go hand in hand
  • Being alone didn’t have to mean loneliness
  • Being overly concerned about your health can backfire
  • Feeling good does not have to be accompanied by guilt
