Suicidal Thoughts, Chronic Illness, And Panic Attacks

October 4, 2018

“To Anyone Who Has Had Suicidal Thoughts Due To Anxiety Know That I’ve Been There, And Things Will Get Better.”

Suicidal thoughts are normally a place I don’t go to with clients too often, with that said though I think it’s important to share my personal experiences with suicidal thoughts. I believe in my heart that my input on this important subject in this podcast episode will change everything for you. Reason being, I’ll be showing you a different angle when it comes to suicidal thoughts and anxiety.

Please work with your local experts on this subject, it shouldn’t go without looking deeper into. Many times the traumatic incident that cause the cycle of anxiety can lead to a dark place. The subconscious mind becomes hypersensitive due to that past experience, and it needs signals of safety before the emotional state can change.

This being one of the ‘heavier #AskTheAnxietyGuy podcast episodes, we’ll also be diving deep into chronic illness. A question came in about how to deal with anxiety while going through a physical ailment. Again, a subject that has a heavy energetic and emotional component to it.

You see, I don’t see the physical ailment as strictly something that happened through environmental, genetic components, or by accident. I believe with all my heart, and science now proves this, that we have multiples bodies. I’ll be mainly referring to the physical body becoming a result of the energetic body, and we’re mainly speaking of the thoughts, emotions, intuition, imagery, etc when it coms to the energetic body.

Finally, I’ll be touching on panic attacks.

Here’s a subject I could discuss for days, but freedom truly lies in your ability to practice this one thing. And I can’t wait for you to gain the clarity from this podcast episode to begin implementing this one thing in your life to bring an end to your panic attacks once and for all.

In this episode of The Anxiety Guy Podcast Show, I’ll show you:

  • Why anxiety sufferers truly have suicidal thoughts show up
  • What the main reason is for the development of chronic illness
  • The one sentence you must remind yourself of to end panic attacks

I hope my personal experience was able to provide you with hope around suicidal thoughts. Comment below, let’s chat.

    Hello Dennis,
I know you always say be strong and be a warrior. I’ve recently been watching a lot of your you tube videos and putting them to practice. I’ve noticed I’ve gone from basically numb to the world to now I’ve been crying a lot and actually had a couple of laughs. Still very anxious and lost. But do these emotions coming out show progression or regression? I feel my anxiety all started from being afraid of death due to one anxiety attack I had 3 or so weeks ago. Thank you for all you do. You have been the motivation for me that I can and will beat this.

    • Emotional shifts during transition is normal. Crying is a common sign of purging or a release of stored energy. Certainly on the right track, keep up. ❤️

    Hi Dennis Simsek
Once treated, how likely is it that my anxiety symptoms will return?

    • Once desensitization happens and the traumas in the energetic body are lifted, the body feels little reason to overreact. Many times people move on swiftly.
