What Is The #AskTheAnxietyGuy Show?
Warriors, I’m thrilled to be able to give you more of what you want! The #AskTheAnxietyGuy show is a weekly Q&A between the person going through emotional distress (or someone looking to help a friend or family member in need), and myself who will provide the best possible answer to your question.

Why I Decided To Do The #AskTheAnxietyGuy Show
As I woke up one morning and opened my email inbox I realized the confusion so many anxiety sufferers were under in today’s world. I was consistently averaging over 100 questions (not just thank you notes and success stories from my program as well as RIC Life Coaching course) throughout my social media channels.
I knew at that moment that there had to be a better way than just respond through a note to each, because many others could benefit from the answer as well. These people were lonely, they wanted interaction and guidance from someone who’s been in the same health anxiety, generalized anxiety, panic and other emotionally challenging shoes as them.
I say shoes, but I really mean mind. As my mind started to change and my perceptions shifted from targeting what was wrong and what could go wrong (internally and externally), to what was right and how my progress was being fulfilled, I realized I had answers.
These answers were based around what I did to turn myself around from victim to warrior, and now I’m proud to be able to share my strategies and tools with everyone worldwide.
If you’re reading this right now you’re either interested in connecting potentially and collaborating, you suffer from some form of anxiety, or you know someone who’s going through a difficult time in their lives and you want to help. No matter what the reason is I can tell you that you will be inspired, guided, and have the courage to be able to question any limiting beliefs or personality traits that are holding you back by listening weekly.
Tune in to the #AskTheAnxietyGuy Show Podcast airing every Thursday Mornings PST on iTunes and Podbean.
