    Starting this weekend, I’m devoting myself to practicing surrender sessions. I’m ready to move past the anxiety and trauma that has endured for too long.     I love the idea of color breathing and emotional reframing. What would I liked to have happen? Great points! I know so many people have trauma in so many different ways; it’s difficult to see your mental trauma as valid when you know other people have it so much worse. But you have to heal yourself, right? That’s the only person you can control.

      Yes, better to consciously see, hear, feel what you wish would have or want to happen instead rather than continue to unconsciously imagine the worst. Vital skills for all anxiety sufferers out there.
