“The Answers To Healing Anxiety Can Come And Go Like A Flash, For Many Anxiety Sufferers.”
“How do I?” This is a question that i’m asked each and everyday, and many times by people that have already been given the targeted answers they seek. A bewildering cycle of accepting good advice after asking for it and searching for it, followed by a mental block. It’s kind of like an inner system within that doesn’t want you to see the light of day, or to see a new more improved you.
These people go from one tip to another briefly playing with the new idea, and quickly succumbing back to the old them
Does this sound like you? Where progress is short lived and you can never truly tap into the answers to healing anxiety? You are an EXPERT at anxiety and mental health at this point, heck you most likely give great advice to other people! But when it comes to you there’s a bridge that you just can’t seem to pass within you. I’ve been on the low end of that bridge, and I know what it’s like to not be able to attach to the best of advice out there day after day.
With the wealth of knowledge and anxiety success stories available today, what prevents you from being one of those anxiety success stories?
It’s a good question isn’t it? I mean it’s not like your anxiety disorder is so different than others (although your mind will make you believe it is of course). These anxiety success stories don’t have any more access to the right information than you. So it must be a subconscious cycle, and today we’re going to break this bewildering pattern open completely.

I know that I had the same question, “How
Do I proceed”, which means sometimes
one gets overwhelmed and or confused with the information so I googled core beliefs, Reframing and read and other informationto to explain what I didn’t understand. Even brought questions to the attention of my Therapists ( she thinks your podcast is wonderful ), that doesn’t mean I don’t want to do the research and practice, it means maybe warriors need
clarification. CBT and NLP terminology are
initially new and different concepts to learn
