HERE Is How To Get Your Question On The Show
In this first episode I had a mix bag of questions from the warriors out there. Everything from physical symptoms of anxiety, to why I wear toques in my videos, to understanding control better. Honestly, when someone asks a question I really don’t know what direction the answer will go in in my head. But what I do know is that I’ll give you all I can each time Anxiety Symptoms.
With hundreds of questions that came in through email and my social media channels, I had to pick the ones that were asked the most consistently. We are a tribe here, we as a group of individuals will change the way we see anxiety healing. This I believe in fully. I truly in my heart believe there is a shift happening in the anxiety world at the moment.

Which I can say through experience is not an easy thing to do, especially with bodily anxiety symptoms being severe. My question is kind of long so I’ll
Try to shorten it. About a month ago I had the worst anxiety of my life. High levels or anxiety, stress, negative and intrusive thoughts, sadness. For a few days it was constant mentally and physically. After that I threw myself in your program ( which I was already doing ) and begun to understand more about my symptoms. Now it’s been a few weeks and I feel like I am numb now. I haven’t really gotten anxious or nervous. I’m worried about if my nervous system crashed or something, and that why I’m not as anxious now? It’s a strange feeling to go from such a high, to such a low.
I wonder if it’s low, or is it how you’re perceiving the feeling? Numb can also be very peaceful, maybe the interpretation can change and now at this point it’s possible that you have a blank slate to create the new you. As far as your nervous system crashing, haven’t ran into this before.
Hi Dennis my name is Denise Pacheco in North carolina first I would like to say thanks for your inspiring podcast my question is about a daily medicine to help with your anxiety like Celera or any other have you tried one?
