Why Anxiety Comes And Goes & My Belief Systems

November 1, 2018

“Yes, You Can Get Worse Before You Get Better During The Healing Process.”

Have you ever wondered why anxiety comes and goes? Why is it that some days, weeks, or months you feel emotionally free, and other times you’re stuck in an emotional rut? What sort of factors contribute to this emotional rollercoaster ride that you have control over? I’ll be answering this important question today on the ask the anxiety guy show for all the warriors. Belief Systems

Constant chest pressure and throat tightness, is this anxiety?

Two out of a host of other potential physical bodily sensations of a sensitized energetic body. The physical body will consistently send signals to the conscious mind based around what it continues to keep stored, as far as past emotional trauma. Any given thought or environment can trigger these feelings of chest pressure and throat tightness. But there’s more to this than we think.

My belief systems, revealed today.

I also believe that it’s important to learn about my own belief systems and how I came into a more spiritual existence. This is because it can open up the minds of other anxiety sufferers out there ready for recovery through CBT. To show them what’s possible and to introduce them to new perspectives over the current triggers they may have.

Remember that it’s never the event that causes you to feel the way you do, it’s your interpretation of the event and the expectation that’s wasn’t met. Everyone has a different checklist for what they conclude as being a good day, or how others should treat them, or what emotional states they can accept and which they can’t. I’m excited to dive deep into the personal questions that are asked of me today.

In todays podcast episode we learn more about:

  • Why anxiety comes and goes
  • Why stored trauma leads to sensation and feelings in the body
  • What realization I came to that shifted my belief systems
