Shallow breathing keeps us locked into patterns and habits that perpetuate anxiety and keep us living in fear. Today however, with the help of Brian Kelly’s breathwork training for anxiety we will unlock the calm and peace within you’ve always wanted.
As mentioned in today’s episode of the anxiety guy podcast, I went into Brian’s breathwork training retreat with an open mind and heart. I knew the power that our breath held to change our inner environments for the better, but I had no idea the results would come so fast (towards my own intentions around healing and those around me). I have become truly convinced in the power of breathing to affect positive change and bring peace to our inner worlds.
Breathwork training has the potential to turn your whole life around and end anxiety for good.
Does it take commitment? Surely.
However your commitment will not go unnoticed by your subconscious mind/inner child (this Youtube video explains). Many times we weigh up how much time and energy we have to put into something and whether the end result his truly worthy of our efforts. This kind of negotiation holds us back from changing our identities and core belief systems and places us right back into a familiar yet anxious place.
Allow breathwork training for anxiety to come into your life without expectation.
Do not place a timer on how fast you are healing, but rather enjoy the process of learning and applying. Brian Kelly has opened my eyes up to a world I didn’t know much about, and he will surely do the same for you. Yes, breathing practices as mentioned in today’s anxiety guy podcast episode can be focused on healing trauma, situational anxiety, or any kind of suppressed emotions that need release.
Allow this day to be the first of many that you begin and commit to breathwork training for anxiety warrior. Enjoy the episode.
