    What are your thoughts about melatonin supplements to help one fall asleep at an earlier time (I’m naturally a “night owl”!)

    • Worth a go. I’d prefer practices around your senses prior to seek to create a bored mind such as focusing on what you can see, hear, feel, taste, smell, in great detail until the mind gives up and dozes off. Work with your doctor if your taking meds and starting melatonin. ❤️

    Interesting podcast. One problem for me though.
    I work different hours every week.
    So, this week looks like this…. monday 5am, tuesday 6am, wednesday off, thursday 6am, friday off, saturday 5am, sunday 8am.
