Here’s the truth behind healing an anxiety disorder and therefore inner healing; hope is a great staring point but an incomplete strategy for recovery. We’ve all been there doing all we can to heal what we need to with little progress to show. This little progress could very well be a result of your conscious or unconscious mindset towards inner healing.
Inner healing is a progression from one action to the next
This progression identifies the role of the intuition being strengthened by the day. The stronger the intuition gets the more spontaneous we become and the more trust in life that is built. When that trust is built anxiety is healed. This is because living with an anxiety disorder is living within distrust, a half heart in all we do.
Inner healing arises when we expect it to.
There is a sense of certainty that comes with expectation. This feeling of certainty is what promotes the right kind of action each day on the path towards anxiety recovery and total transformation. Without certainty there is only looking to be more confident, and that confidence tends to waver from moment to moment.
Ask yourself if you are hoping to heal, or expect to heal?
The answer to that question will determine how beneficial what you do for your anxiety becomes. If hope is present your actions will be half hearted. If expectation is present you will be full absorbed and believe in the new habits and ideas you are now turning into beliefs.
This is more important than we understand. Everything begins with an intention and a proper mindset. Everything else is built upon those starting points. So if you don’t have a strong foundation around how to create inner healing you will cycle between mild to more severe levels of anxiety throughout each day. Let’s get you on the right path now.
