Responding is much different than reacting as this is a conscious response to the body. The body more often than not has an attitude of ‘better safe than sorry, which in turn creates these bodily feelings. When your bodily symptoms of anxiety become chronic that simply means that you’ve been living in a sympathetic state of fight or flight for too long. Conscious responding will de-activate this part of the autonomic system in time.
Practice leads to mastery, and it’s important that you master your responses to your bodily symptoms of anxiety in the moment of fear.
We must understand that we mustn’t become victims to our bodies.
Rather, we must guide the body in ways that create new meanings around unfamiliar and familiar life experiences. In time The mind will lead the body. This is good, and in turn you will feel like you are moving from a place of powerlessness to powerful again. Mastering your bodily symptoms of anxiety will in turn lead to a better relationship with the law of attraction.
