Indecision anxiety is a thorn in the back of almost every anxiety sufferer in the world today. A constant and relentless habit that eats away at a persons self worth day after day.
Honestly, you have to live it to truly understand. This may very well be the most frustrating symptom of an overwhelmed and under-prioritized anxiety sufferer.
From the simplest decisions to the more complex ones, indecision anxiety will be waiting to pounce at every turn.
This is usually followed by judgements by others towards an anxiety sufferer as being lazy, ‘out of it,’ or just simply un-intelligent. But I can assure you, indecision anxiety is none of those things. Far away from the initial judgements of others, an anxiety warrior fights to maintain balance in their mind, body and spirit.
As indecision anxiety overtakes each aspect of a persons life, the person will begin restricting themselves from anything that feels different. In other words, it’s too challenging since thinking uses up a significant amount of brain juice. As we couple that with an already depleted nervous system we have constant confusion and bewilderment.
It’s not your fault, it’s not the fault of other people, it’s just all a part of the journey.
A journey that comes with many lessons about ourselves, others, and reality as a whole. So you can stop beating yourself up because of your indecision anxiety now. There will come a time when your mind will feel clear, your body will feel healthy, and your emotional state is balanced. This is known as anxiety healing.
