Emotional Reframing For Anxiety, How It Will Change Your Life

February 18, 2019

“Emotional Reframing For Anxiety Is A Necessary Step In Releasing The Emotional Charge Of Past Events.”

I am at total peace today and do you know why? Because I believe I’m leading you in the exact direction you need to go to meet with inner peace and true fulfillment. Emotional reframing for anxiety is a tool, a way to regress back to the cause of your anxiety disorder, and to re-perceive the events.

Not only that, the event that’s since been lodged within parts of your nervous system will release itself, many times for good. We need to understand that the initial sensitizing event directly related to the emotions you’re experiencing can show up as a lump in the throat feeling, dizziness, stomach churning, bloating, or other. This is why it was important for me to add the emotional reframing audios to my program to accompany my CBT approach to overcoming anxiety.

Without emotional reframing the repressed emotions accumulate and gather strength, this can cause even more future complications

Anxiety = Not trusting the flow and the process of life, as Louise Hay so beautifully mentions in her book ‘Heal, Your Body.’ You weren’t born with that distrust, you were fed that distrust. You weren’t born with the feeling of emptiness that you carry with you each and everyday, you were conditioned into feeling this way.

It’s easy to blame those that didn’t provide our needs for us during childhood, it’s more challenging and beneficial to look at those events in a way that emphasizes learning experiences.

That is where emotional reframing comes in. A gentle and relaxed state that helps to access the subconscious minds storage system, to see what events are still weighing heavily upon the person. Today is that day where you add one more important skill set to your arsenal towards overcoming anxiety and reaching self mastery.

In today’s episode of the anxiety guy podcast we’ll be discussing:

  • How emotional reframing for anxiety can shift your emotional states for good
  • Why it’s vital to communicate directly with the subconscious mind
  • What the absolute best methods are around emotional reframing for anxiety today
