Anxiety signs can go noticed or un-noticed. If we notice them we have the opportunity to respond powerfully and change the perception over the thing that is causing the anxiety. If they go un-noticed we may begin to think that it’s just who we are. If this is the case we will begin thinking that anxiety is our identity, and that’s a problem.
Anxiety Signs Are Involuntary Responses to A Present Or Imagined Situation
Basically, they just happen. They become so automated that we don’t even realize that we’re doing them. But remember, there’s always a reason for these anxiety signs, always. Whether you consciously are aware of that reason or not depends on your level of awareness and your mindset going through the day.
If the individual doesn’t believe that these anxiety signs are a problem, they won’t do anything about them. We must identify them as a physiological and mental response to a present or imagined situation that needs a new direction. When we interpret something differently we feel differently, and there’s our ultimate goal.
You’re Meant To Experience Stress Momentarily, Not Anxiety All Day
Many of us don’t realize this though. Anxiety is a survival response. A physiological, mental, emotional way of moving through the day. But as our anxiety signs increase we find ourselves looking to protect more and more things in our lives, leading to control as much as we can.
Soon enough we’re no longer living, we’re just surviving
A survival mindset doesn’t allow us to be present, nor does it help us to thrive. There is no growth in survival there is only the need for certainty. Anything uncertain then becomes the enemy and our anxiety signs increase over time. The body never gets a chance to relax and the mind becomes the body as you move through your life.
The mind mustn’t become the body, it must lead the body.
This way we can redirect our focus and feel a sense of mental maturity. These anxiety signs are no longer allowing our minds to pull us into the past. Rather, we are living by the motivation to create a new us, a new identity, a new future.
The Anxiety Signs In Today’s Podcast Is To Help You Build Up Your Awareness
With awareness comes change. With change though comes resistance to change, a subconscious mind that wants to keep things as they are and prolong anxiety. This mind doesn’t know the difference between what’s good and bad, it only relies on repetition and emotion.
The longer something has been practiced, and the more emotion that’s been connected to it stays alive. Anything that goes against these two subconscious mind rules gets rejected. This is why you see so many anxiety sufferers today thinking and talking themselves out of healing. It’s not that they’re not capable, it’s a trick.
Give the subconscious mind an inch, and it will take a mile. This translates into… Stay Aware Of Anything That Pulls You Back Into Anxiety, And Oppose it!

Hello,
Dennis your podcasts have helped me in certain ways thank you so much and your book as well it has helped me as well. I wanted to say I’ve never had anxiety before but I just got it out of nowhere it’s strange idk if it was due to me finding out that I have high blood pressure but I was doing good i started eating better and I even lost weight. But thank you so much I appreciate it all.
Much love Benancio keep up the anxiety healing my friend.
I had no idea that there are times where anxiety comes suddenly, and you won’t even notice that it’s there unless you’re conscious about it. My friend told me the other day that this pandemic is giving her a lot of negative things to think about lately, and it’s starting to affect her daily life. I’ll recommend that she visit a mental health counselor for assistance.
I wish your friend healing.
I loved how you tied in anxiety with Building Up Your Awareness. The mind has so much more power than we give it and being aware can really help with triggers and solutions to anxiety.
How true, thank you for connecting.
I like that you mentioned how there is always a reason for the signs of anxiety. I was chatting with my coworker yesterday and I heard his sister has anxiety. Thankfully there are various treatments available now, like seeing a psychotherapist.
