    I have been trying hard. Your site has been very helpful and the podcasts are easy for me to listen to on my way to work. Those are all good things. Maybe I am just in the early stages of recovery, but I feel like I need more. What do you suggest?

    • Try less, and continue educating yourself about anxiety through people that have overcome their mental health challenges naturally.

  2. There are a lot of mental health challenges in my life, especially my little sister. I feel bad for her because she’s very insecure about herself, and then it makes her stress a lot. I try to help as much as I can, I just hope that I can do more.
