After struggling with an anxiety disorder for over 6 years, then overcoming my struggles naturally I now teach how I did it to thousands of other anxiety sufferers worldwide. As a former professional tennis player and current certified CBT life coach I’ve come to realize that we are all led by our emotions, and our emotions are what create the experiences we have in our lives.
